Miko is going 8months soon. I have started to plan how we should celebrate her 1st birthday. I am thinking of inviting some of her friends and my friends to a picnic party in the park. Making some cookies and foods for the friends and fury kids. My friends are very sporting as they have already plan what to wear on that day..
Basically Miko has a good temperament. We have not heard her really bark except she sees some “unfriendly stuff”. She is well-liked by friends and neighbours. She is a good companion when I was resting at home. She picks up quite a few tricks such as; sit, up, high five, down, bang (dead)and shake hand. She started attending obedience class at AMK. Every Sunday morning we look forward to her class as she will have lots of yummy treats when she does it correctly. The only worries I have in that class is her getting ticks easily. I tend to check on her body and legs more often.
Initially she was feed on dry mix with canned food and refuse to eat after few months and her weight maintain at 1.3kg. I have to cook her some special meal; (Brown rice + broccoli + carrot + pork + cheese) and it tastes quite alike the bake rice that we eat at Swenson. I weight her today and she is 1.7kg.
She walked about 3 times a week for about half an hour around the neighbourhood. She has made quite a few friends and one of them is a Hachi the Husky. I notice most of the big dogs will give in to her. They would walk side by side during their walk (its very sweet!!) will take down some pictures the next time.
