Singapore deployed a team of five search specialists and five search dogs to Japan to assist in search operation. These teams are extraordinary. The rescue dogs were trained to rescues saviors. They know how to scope out signs of life and hope better than any human, thanks at least in part to their incredible senses and the tremendous training provided by the Civil Defense Force. It would sure be great if they could be reunited as soon as possible. Meanwhile there must be thousands of other dogs and other pets who are frightened and homeless and injured in this part of Japan. Rescue efforts are underway, and you can help from the safety of your own home.

Breeding will be taken place in a 1800 sqf behind the shop. There will be puppies and pet accessories selling at the retail shop.

Its usually crowded during weekend. If you have friends or relative who want to get a new family member home, do pop by to take a look.

Foods to avoid

Dogs and humans have difference metabolisms and some foods that humans can eat are potentially toxic in dogs. Read labels carefully and become familiar with the foods dogs should avoid. Eating the wrong foods may cause mild digestive upsets but serious reactions include long term illnesses and even death.

I have a list of most common foods dogs should avoid:

1. Chocolate: Chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine. It will caused increased heart rate, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive urination and restlessness. Toxic does can lead to seizures, irregular heart rhythm and even death.

2. Caffeine: It is found in coffee, tea, chocolate, cola and human stimulants. It can be toxic and will affect your dog's heart and nervous system.

3. Grapes and raisins: They contain an unknown toxin that can lead to acute kidney and liver failure. The condition is severe and come on quickly. Some dogs are more susceptible to dangerous effects from grapes and raisins than others, and there is no way to tell unless you encounter a problem.

4. Macadamia nuts: These fatty nuts contain an unknown toxin that can affect your dog's muscles, as well as her digestive and nervous systems.

5. Mushrooms: Mushrooms can contain various toxins that can affect your dog's nervous system, causing vomiting and diarrhea.

6. Onions: Onions and other members of the allium family may cause abnormalities in red blood cells, resulting in anemia.

7. Cirtus oil extracts: Often used in formulating insecticidal spray, dips, shampoos, food additives and fragrances. They can be toxic to both dogs and cats if they are ingested. The most common reaction is vomiting but drooling and trembling can also indicate that your dog is suffering from a dangerous level of these toxins.

I hope its not too late to wish everyone a Happy New Year.
Time really fly without noticing its February. Have been busy lately with my day job. Colleagues leave and organization change - which means more jobs. This is the first company I have stay for 3.5 years. I have to salute myself.. My shelf life in a company is about 2-2.5yrs.
I have taken up new roles and coping with new changes in my work but I am still managing my challenges positively.

I am helping a friend with a new shop set up at Paris Ris for sale of puppies. Hopefully by end of the month I can post up some pictures and information.
